Quipper is a technology venture specialising in e-learning mobile apps. Founded by Masa Watanabe (co-founder of DeNA) in December 2010, the company’s main focus is to distribute diversified learning contents including languages, qualifications, and school entrance exams over an ever-expanding range of topics, in multiple-choice quiz format. Content comes from publishing houses and experts; Quipper also offers a content-creation platform to connect knowledge distributors with learners. The product has already been launched, and is distributed via iPhone and Android.
