We are getting more and more information about our digital lives, however there is no place to store and readily access this information. For example, there are no relationships between pictures and diaries online, and therefore there is a lack of context to everyone’s digital life, in a world where more and more of our actual life is finding its way online.
Memolane is an interactive timeline that allows you to see your entire social history in one place. It uses the APIs of all the main social sites to access this data, and to display it on a simple, yet striking digital timeline.
Memolane was founded by Eric Lagier in 2010 and is based in Copenhagen and San Francisco. Atomico co-invested in this deal with August Capital.
